Brad Buser

Vice President

Brad is a Vice President at Insight Equity. Prior to Insight Equity, Brad was an Associate with Wind Point Partners, a Chicago based middle market private equity firm with approximately $2 billion under management. While at Wind Point, Brad was involved in transaction execution, add-on acquisitions, and portfolio company re-financings in the industrial, construction services, and healthcare sectors. Additionally, Brad was a key member of a small internal team that was successful in turning around a Wind Point portfolio company.

Previously, Brad was an Associate with the Boston Consulting Group in Chicago, where he worked on corporate finance, business strategy, and process improvement projects in the consumer products, forest products, and food industries.

Brad received his MBA from Harvard Business School. While at Harvard, Brad was a Summer Associate with the corporate private equity segment of The Blackstone Group, a large-cap private equity firm based in New York, where he evaluated and executed upon numerous investment opportunities in the Healthcare, Cable, Telecom Equipment and Retail industries.

Brad graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame where he received his BBA in Finance. Brad is a CFA Charterholder and CPA.

Brad currently serves on the Board of Directors for AEC Holdings LLC.
