Chris Zugaro

Principal

Chris is a Principal at Insight Equity. Prior to joining Insight Equity, Chris was a Senior Associate Consultant with Bain & Company where he worked on business strategy, operations, process improvement, bankruptcy and turnaround management in the consumer products, industrial rentals, telecom and distribution industries. While at Bain & Company, Chris created a production and logistics supply chain for a client’s newly formed subsidiary company, developed and implemented new processes for an underperforming client, helped redesign multiple client organizations, and worked on various other strategic initiatives across a variety of industries.

Chris received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. While at Stanford, Chris also served as a Special Assistant to the CEO of MotionDSP, a software video processing company. In this role, he developed the marketing strategy and business model for entry into the enterprise and internet segments.

Chris graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University where he received his BS in computer engineering.

Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors for Meadow Valley Holdings LLC, American Civil Constructors Holdings, Inc., Saiia Holdings LLC and BFN Investment Holdings LLC.
