Rob Conner

General Counsel

Rob serves as Insight Equity's General Counsel. Rob has worked closely with Insight Equity on its legal matters since 2002 and joined Insight Equity as its General Counsel in 2006.

Rob is responsible for the management of legal matters for Insight Equity and its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Insight Equity, Rob practiced law at a large international law firm where his practice focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, public and private securities offerings and corporate governance.

Rob received his J.D. magna cum laude from the SMU Dedman School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and received his B.A. from Abilene Christian University.
