Directions from Downtown Dallas via I-35E and TX-114 W

• Take Stemmons Freeway (I-35E) North
• Keep left and merge onto TX-183 W towards TX-114 W / Irving / DFW Airport
• Keep right on TX-114 W towards Grapevine/Airport North
• Continue on TX-114 W following the highway signs towards Bridgeport and Southlake
• Take exit for Carroll Avenue and proceed on the service road to the light. Turn left (south) onto Carroll Avenue
• After 0.2 miles, turn left on Federal Way towards the Southlake Town Square
• Turn right onto State Street
• After turning right onto State Street, take your first left towards the west parking garage
• From the parking garage, proceed to the breezeway below the Insight Equity sign and enter the glass doors
