SOUTHLAKE, Texas and HOUSTON, Texas – April 29, 2026 – Insight Equity Holdings LLC, a lower middle-market private equity firm with a 24-year track record, is pleased to announce the sale of its portfolio company, CSAT Solutions (d/b/a “CSAT”) to Verdant Solutions LLC.
Headquartered in Houston, Texas, CSAT is a fully integrated electronic and digital device repair partner for leading original equipment manufacturers. CSAT provides in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, inventory management, and forward / reverse logistics for servers, computers, motherboards, LCDs, and other mission-critical componentry. CSAT supports numerous OEMs in North America with its unique all-in-one (“AiO”) repair model.
