Insight Equity Acquires American Civil Constructors Holdings, Inc.

SOUTHLAKE, Texas, and LITTLETON, Colorado – May 6, 2010 – Insight Equity Holdings LLC (“Insight Equity”), the Dallas, Texas-area private equity firm, is proud to announce its acquisition of a controlling interest in American Civil Constructors Holdings, Inc. (“ACC”), which may merge with one of Insight Equity’s existing portfolio companies at a later date. With approximately four decades of experience, ACC is one of the nation’s premier civil and landscape construction companies. ACC has a geographically diverse client base through its operation hubs in Denver and the San Francisco Bay Area. ACC is a preeminent provider of road rehabilitation and paving services, bridge construction and repair, reservoir and culvert construction, sports field and golf course construction, as well as commercial landscape construction.
