(“Micross”) from Vance Street Capital LLC. Micross is a leading provider of specialized semiconductor products and value-added services, including bare die and wafer processing and custom packaging, for mission critical, high-reliability (“hi-rel”) applications in a variety of end-markets. Such hi-rel applications include missile and unmanned aerial vehicle guidance systems, satellites, implantable medical devices and down-hole drilling sensors, among others. Micross serves established platforms in defense, commercial aerospace and space, as well as emerging applications in oil & gas, medical, and telecommunications. Micross has a 30+ year heritage, is headquartered in Orlando, FL, and has operations in both the US and the United Kingdom.
