Insight Equity Announces New Team Additions

SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – August 21, 2009 – Insight Equity Holdings (“Insight”), the Dallas, Texas-area private equity firm is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members. Brad Buser and Jack Waterstreet have joined the team as Associates.

Prior to joining Insight, Brad was an Associate with Wind Point Partners, a Chicago based middle market private equity firm with $2 billion under management. While at Wind Point, Brad was involved in transaction execution, add-on acquisitions and portfolio company re-financings in the industrial, construction services, and healthcare sectors. Previously, Brad was an Associate with the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on corporate finance, business strategy and process improvement projects in the consumer products, forest products, and food industries. Brad received an MBA from Harvard Business School and also graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame where he received a BBA in Finance. Brad is also a CFA Chartholder and CPA.

Jack joins the Insight team as an Associate from Brockway Moran & Partners, a middle market private equity firm with $1.3 billion under management. While at Brockway Moran, Jack evaluated and executed numerous investment opportunities across a wide range of industries as well as worked extensively with portfolio company senior management teams. Prior to Brockway Moran, Jack was an Analyst with Harris Williams & Co. where he provided sell-side advisory services for several M&A transactions. Jack received an MBA with Honors from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and was also valedictorian of his class at Babson College, where he earned a BS in Business Management, Summa Cum Laude.
