Insight Equity Announces Promotion of Eliot Kerlin

SOUTHLAKE, Texas – April 9, 2020 – Insight Equity Holdings LLC, a leading middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce Eliot Kerlin’s promotion to serve as one of the Managing Partners at Insight Equity Management Company LLC. He will also continue to serve as its Chief Structuring Officer.

Eliot joined Insight Equity in 2005 and brings more than 20 years of private equity investing and corporate finance experience to the team. His responsibilities include sourcing and structuring investments as well as leading Insight Equity’s ongoing oversight and value creation efforts at several portfolio companies. During his time with Insight Equity, Eliot has led numerous acquisitions and financings in the United States, as well as Canada, Mexico, Australia, Sweden, and Norway.

Eliot graduated with honors from Texas A&M University where he received a BBA in Finance, and completed his MBA at Harvard Business School, where he graduated with Distinction.
