SOUTHLAKE, Texas – February 20, 2024 – Insight Equity Holdings LLC (“Insight Equity”), a leading middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Pesek to Senior Vice President.
Paul is a key member of the firm and is responsible for all aspects of deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution as well as partnering with portfolio company management to execute strategic and operational initiatives. Paul is currently working with Insight Equity’s investments in Precision Holdings, a provider of precision contract machining, fabrication, assembly and testing services for the aerospace, defense, power generation, and other markets; Panolam, a designer and manufacturer of highly engineered, integrated surface solutions including high-pressure laminates, thermally-fused laminates, fiberglass reinforced laminates, and other specialty products; and Easy Way, a manufacturer of premium outdoor cushions, pillows, patio and market umbrellas, drapes, and furniture covers.

Paul received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College with a BA in Mathematics and Economics.
